Can I buy the web site separate from the planning software?

We do not offer the web site separate from the planning software.   The wedding web site and planning software are sold together since the two products are integrated.   The RSVP section of your web site is linked directly to your planning software account.

Can I purchase a subscription in monthly increments?  In a six month increment?

Unfortunately, subscriptions must be bought in yearly increments.  Because domain names can only be registered annually, we can only offer web sites in 12-month increments.   Many couples like to keep their wedding web site after their wedding so they can post wedding and honeymoon photos.   Some couples even like to turn their site into a “family” site.

Can the pictures on the home page of this template be customized?

Yes, you can upload your own images to be displayed instead of the default icons on the home page of this template. Our software will automatic shrink and crop your image to fit correctly and, if you choose, will convert your photo to black & white.

What are the renewal options after my year subscription is up?

We offer three renewal plans:

Renew the wedding web site and planning software, which includes the domain name and web site hosting, for $45.00 a year.
Renew only the planning software for $15.00 a year.
Renew only the domain name for $24.95 a year. You will be given access to our domain management web site where the domain name will be under your complete control. You will no longer be able to use your domain name with the web site you built on The Wedding Tracker.

Can I order a copy of my web site on a CDRom?

Yes, you can order a keepsake copy of your entire wedding web site on CDRom for $45.00.

Can I password protect my wedding web site?

Yes, you have the option to password protect your web site.

Can I upload my own HTML files to my wedding web site?

We do not allow non-image files to be uploaded to our servers.   However, you may use HTML tags to customize the font, size, and color of your text and to create hyperlinks to other web sites.   An easy to use HTML instruction guide is included for your reference.

When and How do I select my domain name?

Our web site wizard walks you through a 12-step process to build your site.   You may select a domain name for your web site after you are finished building your site and are ready to publish it.   Our system allows you to search available domain names or you can choose one of the domains we have recommended.

I already have a domain name, can I use it in conjunction with the web site I built through The Wedding Tracker?

Absolutely.  Once you are finished building your web site - publish it and choose another domain name.   Then contact us for further instructions on how to point your existing domain name to your new web site.
